Immediately after the cease of the Second World War people commenced to feel that the world’s basic ethical foundations are simple and consistent . Both politics and social relations were relying on the principles of advancement , beneficial change , belief in the logical , awareness , technological innovations , and the potential to reason any happening from a rational standpoint . Notwithstanding , beginning from the second half of the 60’s, the world began to deteriorate and now , 40 years after , we dwell in a transformed type of existence .
We effortlessly mark those advancements which are brought to us by new technology, but we rarely come to realize the fact that there are some thoughts which the author has put behind those solutions . The nature of the expected change was first found by those people, who as a rule lived ahead of their time – philosophers and authors. Among the multiple authors whose works have served for pleasure , there have been a few who have given the humankind a new picture of the future . They have better than others other authors shaped and worded fresh thoughts and have ultimately done a brand new intellectual and emotional substantiation of the future. They have seen issues in the mundane of our lives and have opened a number of problems, which were existing without being noticed . They have aided us to think of the new challenges , and have given us new ambitions .

One of the most exciting aspects of their work is that in often they have risen the audience attention in books and written works. from this angle one of the most interesting success stories is that of a famous author Lewis Carroll .
The achievement of Joan Rowling can be considered unique as she has found herself to be the first writer in the world to make $1 billion by publishing fairytales. She is now spending a considerable part of her profit on charity, fighting poverty and illness. The plot of the book was found while she was on the train from Manchester to London. When the publisher has first decided to print her book, she has awarded her 1500 pounds together with a loving piece of advice — to look for a permanent job. He was unaware of the fact that the young writer would be able to make a living off of writing. Joann has proved the opposite - having created a number of unparalleled fairytales, she has made the so-called non-reading people get back to reading.
This work cannot name and more or less precisely list all authors who have made their contribution to the world’s literature. They have been working and putting ideas directly into the minds of the millions, and thus were influencing the future. Thus, as we can see, these writers were not creating for entertainment only, but they were also playing a considerable part in creating the culture and the sights of a civilization of the 20th century.
