How to build PDF file

Adobe Systems produced the Portable Document Format file format for document exchange in 1993. This file format is utilized for in place of 2D documents in a way that it is independent of the System, application software and hardware. PDF files can be produced using the Acrobat application.

Materials needed:

- Adobe Acrobat
- Microsoft Windows Operating System
- Files to be combined as a PDF file

Step 1
If you do not have the PDF software, install and download it in your HDD. A completely functional 30 day test edition of this tool can be downloaded for free. Formerly you have profitable downloaded the test version of the Adobe Acrobat Pro application, install it by clicking the setup file that you have just downloaded and follow the instructions that will be displayed on the display. Adobe Acrobat Pro PDF has an easy to realize installation wizard that will guide you throughout your installation.

Step 2
Once you have installed the PDF software in your hard drive, launch the program. Then go to New PDF and choose whether you wish to create a PDF from a web-page, clipboard, scanned document or from a clipboard image. If you wish to compile several files together into one single PDF document, choose ‘File’ and then highlight the ‘Combine’ menu item. Your new PDF document is quickly assembled.

Step 3
You can also convert PDF document to Word. You can use desktop or online software. Download free PDF to MS Word Converter for Windows and check it.
