Whom to Blame: Is it users of SEO software or is it Google?
I admit. Before learning about SEO products and site optimization business, I was of the opinion that Google was great. I Used Google to look for everything from human beings, to pictures, to articles to strange objects and indiscriminately trusted the findings. Then I learned about SEO software and a new business centered on site optimization, and my beliefs were never the same. But even before that, after doing a bit of reflective musings, I got a feeling that search engines, Google to boot, know far from everything, and pass on to the users a fraction of that.
My Google experiences soon convinced me that Flikr is a higher quality image search source, that with the assistance of feeds I can access great news stories without having to rummage through Google search retrieval (rummaging seems more fitting than Google search), and human search is better managed by Facebook. It seems like whenever I search for weird objects on Google, the results are often messy, to put it kindly. Try searching for SEO software and other SEO relevant themes on Google and you are almost prepared to surrender your patience. I mean, tell me, what’s the relationship between SEO tools and career sites or Web casinos? Fortunately, in my disappointment.
So when news of seo software review and the entire industry revolving around it came into my modest worldview, my qualms about sites landing on the top of Google increased virally. Do they deserve to show up on there and whose fault is it, Google or webmasters using SEO apps. The ethical dilemma is vast. Do I stop using my SEO rank checker or do I seize using Google instead? I decided that I can’t turn away from Google just yet. At least not until the decent contender enters the game. For now I will keep juggling between Blekko, Google and the above methods to complement the SERP mess that Google is. And, oh,yes, I will continue using my SEO products.
Frankly, SEO tools is the reason why guys like myself get discovered on the Internet. intelligent as they are, search engine web crawlers are unlikely to find some no-name person and position his website highly. In this regard, I remain a firm admirer of SEO apps and natural search. If it was all about the paid search, the Fortune businesses would destroy me before I knew it. And there are 1000 businesses on the Fortune list! But here is another thing that annoys me and other backlink check users, I am certain. There are individuals who purchase SEO programs and use them to sell beddingon online education sites and the like. What we are given is litter that not only exists on the web but is also highly indexed by Google.
What is the public perspective on this? They search for SEO software reviews and will instead find unrelated search findings. They get disappointed. So much for the “Internet justice”. Does this imply that SEO program and service industry is bad? Probably not.
The abusers of SEO applications need to stop polluting the Net but it’s like ordering hackers to stop hacking. The sad thing about it is that black hat SEOs are overusing the prospect to be visible on the Web that is given to the little guy like me. For now users just have to live with them. One can only hope that Google will put more emphasis on spotting the schemers abusing SEO applications, and if Google doesn’t, the big search engine will.
